During the entire process Steve answered all our questions and really made us feel at ease... there were no dumb questions. The installations went smooth and Rick and Dan were awesome and complete professionals. We cannot say enough about the windows and how happy we were with the entire process from start to finish. Our home is 40 years old and needed 10 windows replaced. The overall experience was excellent. From the first consultation to purchasing the windows to the install. Everything went just as promised. They were on schedule, the installers are absolutely fabulous. Professional, courteous, they were very good at their craft, they cleaned up everyday when the work was done. They were absolutely rock stars. Steve was wonderful to work with, we found him honest and down to earth. They delivered everything they promised and more. We love our Zen windows and would recommend them to anyone.

Steve came out to our home and spent considerable time to meet with us to give us all the pertinent information, take accurate measurements, give us different suggestions for our benefit, and allowed for all of our questions and potential concerns. Zen is a small company with reasonable prices and great customer service. Steve was both friendly and professional. His workers were efficient and clean. You never would have known we just had 16 new windows installed (in less than 2 days)!! Even the organization of their little dumpster was tidy and efficient. I highly recommend using Zen Windows.

Choosing to go with Zen Windows is one of the best decisions I’ve made for my house! Over a year ago, I received about 6 estimates for windows and was so confused which company to choose until I met Steve from Zen Windows. Listening to pushy salesmen from all the other companies made Zen Windows so refreshing from the very beginning. No sales pitches, no bashing other companies, and no lowering quotes to convince you to sign immediately. Not only was the quote I received from Zen Windows the lowest with a full lifetime warranty included, but I’m convinced that the triple pane windows and sliding glass door I received are the best quality. The whole process was seamless and the crew was so neat and tidy that I couldn’t even tell they’d been to my house each day. Since installation, I’ve had a couple issues with screens, but Steve has already come out to replace them. I highly recommend this company!!

THIS is how having a project done should be...No hassle, great pricing, no mess and everyone great to work with...I ran across Zen windows by accident, and having already had about 10 window companies out to tell us about their products, procedures and costs, we were attempting to sort out all of our options. We're so glad I decided on one more call. Steve (the owner) came with all the information we would need. He not once pressured us. It felt more like talking to friends over coffee. After receiving the east to understand estimate (next day), we couldn't wait to get started. Zen's crew was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done, and answered any questions we had, while working. Before they left, vacuuming and cleaning the windows was a priority. By far the most enjoyable sales meeting of the five that we scheduled to select an installer for 23 replacement windows at out home. Low pressure approach. No goofy sales tactics, yet knowledgeable, professional and respectful while determining our needs. Great price for an exceptional product. The Nirvana triple pane windows provide a noticeable reduction in outdoor noise. The installers were pleasant, professional and worked cleanly. Not a huge company, so I felt we were actually appreciated as a client. No long delay between our signing the contract and the beginning of installation. The work was completed in the time that was estimated. No complaints about our project.
