Stephens Design & Drafting provides Drafting services to both Home Owners and other Professionals. SDD was established in 1987 in the City of Bunnell, Flagler County, Florida and has been in continuous operation since that time. SDD provides drafting services in partnership with LP Engineering, LLC on a variety of Residential and Commercial Construction projects. If you have a construction project in mind and are in need of some design help, you have come to the right place! We offer design and drafting services for a variety of construction projects from large to small, both commercial and residential. These services are provided in partnership with LP Engineering.
