I normally dread moving, but this crew was so amazingly fast, efficient, and careful with my belongings. What’s more, their polite demeanor put me at ease and I had zero stress. After using this company a few years ago it seemed appropriate to hire them again. We moved into a brand new, custom built home in Dallas and The Moving Factor packed and moved everything over the course of two days. From start to finish the job was effortless on my part. Aside from offering drinks to the crew I didn't have to lift a finger. Watching these guys pack was fantastic! Every single thing made it to our new home in perfect condition. Starting with my first phone call to the office to finishing the second day in a completely unpacked home, everything was great. When you are looking for quality, this is the moving company to choose.

We hired the Moving Factor to receive and deliver an entire house (12 rooms) of furniture we ordered for our client. I worked primarily with Stephanie, and she was so organized, on top of things, and so friendly! She handled everything beautifully so I didn't have to worry about things not coming in or the quality of the movers. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was our first time working with Sean and his team, and definitely recommend if you want an efficient job well done!
