I would highly recommend Step & Rail! Eric was thorough with expectations and presented choices for the project, so one could choose which would fit into the preferred budget. His crews were highly skilled. Details were not overlooked. The highly skilled builder of the staircase as well as the painter and strainer were clearly experts in their trade. Eric was readily available to answer any questions. They all presented expert advice when we could not visualize little nuances of the project. They worked long hours at times to stay on schedule. The main point is the expertise that was evident upon completion. Eric maintained a high level of expectation. We feel fortunate to have chosen Step & Rail for this project!

With Step & Rail, I have really hit the gold mine to find a group of contractors who not only have outstanding craftsmanship and expertise in their trade, but also the education and experience to really help find solutions and carry out your vision if dilemmas arise through the fabrication or installation process. Eric’s work ethic and dedication is reflected in the fact that he personally drove out of state quite a distance to hand deliver the mold to my staircase to ensure it was in safe hands. Eric and his team (Ishmael, Gabe, John, and Andrew) have handcrafted my bespoke double curved glass staircase with the near precision of machine work. The results were absolutely beautiful and surpassed my expectations. But above all else, Eric has personally seen to it that all my concerns were always addressed and never failed to respond to my messages within a 24 hour time frame. If Step & Rail ever took on other services under its wing, I would hire them for all my renovation needs. Their customer service is to a ring setting as their resulting product is to the jewel, both important and both complimenting the other.

We had our staircase railing replaced during our house remodel. Easy to schedule and communicate with. We were given many options and price ranges to make our decision easier! Love the new railing! Makes a big statement when you walk in the house!
