I ordered/received the "Robbie Wood Desk with Gold Legs": https://www.houzz.com/products/robbie-wood-desk-with-gold-legs-prvw-vr~133028027?lid=98286179 (product is "sold out" now so you won't find it in normal searches; see the page for review and pictures taken during unpacking). Not happy with the product and no response in 9 days and numerous e-mails to Houzz/Support. Hoping that a bad review directly here on the manufacture's page (the issue is with fabrication, not delivery), rather than on a product that doesn't show up in lists, will help push my cause forward. As returning the poorly painted and damaged product will be a nightmare, I would like to pay for what this product looks like - used furniture - rather than the full price I paid. I would love to be able to revise this review with a glowing response to what I assume is a one-off problem and not a standard for the vendor... please assist.
