Lauren was amazing when we visited Stash Oxford. She was not pushy at all! Lauren is very knowlegable about patterns and colors. That was very helpful with us picking out our new furnature for the den. Def 5 star visit.

My fiance and I purchased a sofa from Stash less than a year ago. We payed $2100. It is not what we expected at all. At first it was fine but a few months later it started to look weathered. It looks like we've had the sofa for years but its only been a few months. The material is not what we wanted. The filling in the cushions looks half filled. I called our sales person several times and texted her, and she never returned my calls. And then i spoke with someone else and they told me there was nothing they could do. I went in there a few weeks ago to check out leather chairs. (dont ask me why haha) I thought maybe if I got a designer to come to my house and help me pick things out it would be better. She was very nice and helpful. She had another customer so I told her to go ahead and help them out so i could look at the chairs and take pics. The manager i believe short guy with dark hair comes up to me and starts trying to push these chairs on me like a used car salesmen. And i told him briefly about my experience and then he goes "well you know we could have done something about that then?" and i said really?because thats not what i was told. "yep. well what about those chairs? If you buy them both today..." and then i just stopped listening. I just couldn't believe this guy. After that, i realized all they care about is the sale and once you're out of the store they stop being nice. They won't take care of you. I could not believe I was even considering giving this place a second chance. I had made an apt with Vicki (very nice btw) to come to my house but I cancelled after that. Quality is cheap, everything is overpriced, and clearly customer service is not their top priority. Customer service should be their top priority, especially with places like wayfair or literally any other online furniture store like west elm or crate n' barrel. I made the decision to purchase from a local store because i do want to see businesses like Stash succeed. But I feel ripped off and no one was willing to help me. And even the manager blew me off. That is just super unacceptable. I will never purchased anything from Stash again. And I will make sure to tell everyone else i know about my experience.

Lauren at the Oxford is awesome! She made this such an easy and fun experience! Highly recommended! We will be back!
