Still have issues & the contractor had not responded. We can't use our fireplace, because there is an issue with the size of the key.

Stanley Melnick has beautifully completed several major renovations in two of my homes. He and his craftsmen have updated ceilings, put in crown ,molding, built and designed complex dining room cabinets complete with lighting, pull out drawers and marble cabinet tops. In addition, he redesigned a long walkway to our home and upgraded the lighting. His crews are very pleasant and he is extremely responsive to any concern. His standards are high and his work has never disappointed me

As a designer, it is really important to have a general contractor that you can rely on to do the heavy work in your projects. Stan has been my “go to guy” for the past several years, turning renovations from whole house to specified spaces into functional beautiful projects. Not only is Stan easy to work with, but his knowledge and expertise in the construction business is a great asset. I always appreciate Stan’s readiness to assist me with my projects! Stan remodeled our Master Bathroom and will definitely be involved with our next major project based upon Stan's honesty, quality of work, attentive nature, and of course the final product. Throughout the process Stan was always honest and found several instances where making different choices resulted in lower costs. We never felt like we were being up sold or that the estimated costs were not consistent with the final product. I have and will continue to recommend Stan to my family and friends.

In 2014 Stan remodeled our kitchen and adjoining bathroom area. The workmanship was marvelous. He has an amazing eye for the space, and was extremely helpful in our selection of materials, style, and colors, The workmanship was outstanding. We recommend him without hesitation. He also painted the house, and replaced an aging deck outside of our second story bedroom. Again, the workmanship was excellent.

I've worked with Stan (MHR Construction) on several projects -- both investment properties I own and my personal house. In each instance, Stan has been extremely professional and helpful. On the front end, Stan's experience has helped me to make decisions on what would look best for my space. And then when it comes time to perform the work, Stan and his crew have done an excellent job in carrying out our vision while staying on budget. His attention to detail is amazing. I would definitely recommend MHR Construction to anyone looking to remodel a home.

MHR up graded our kitchen and we love the end results. We were not able to change the footprint much but Stan had ideas that made a it look different, He has some great subs and his granite fabricator was terrific. Stan is easy to work with and very reachable.

MHR has remodeled 3 bathrooms for us, built a wonderful sauna, and done numerous large and small repairs and construction projects. Stan and his employees are knowledgeable and professional. Our house was purchased with some major structural problems which MHR solved quickly and at reasonable cost.

MHR Construction has remodeled my kitchen, master suite and living room, I have nothing but praise for he and his crews. He has very good artistic ability and helped me make some lovely decisions about decor.

I worked with MHR / Stan to initially remodel a few rooms in my home. After updating 2 bathrooms, building a new fireplace and modifying my den I continued to engage the company to fully upgrade my master bedroom and kitchen. Excellent craftsmen, great communication during the process and extremely professional. Stan provide tremendous guidance with design and color. I loved the results!

I worked with Stan to remodel my bathroom. He was extremely professional, very easy to communicate with and I was extremely pleased with the work he did. He was honest with his estimate for both cost and time of completion. When I sold my house a few years later, the new owners said that the quality of the updated bathroom helped motivate them to purchase the home. I was so happy with working with Stan that I hired him to do more work on the house right before we moved. I would definitely recommend hiring Stan for your next renovation project!
