プロフィール

Julie Sloan is a founding partner of Staged Right, LLC. She started her career in medicine in Chicago, where she is from originally. Julie always had an interest in and an eye for design and interiors, and after raising her family, she decided to start a career in Home Staging. Julie started Staged Right, LLC, in 2008, and has successfully staged homes and redesigned spaces in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Chicago, Illinois. Tina Rettig worked in marketing communications and business development for many years before stopping work to make a corporate move with her husband and family. She moved to Bucks County, PA in 1998, and worked part time as both a Lifeguard/CPR Instructor and swim instructor while raising her children. When her home sold quickly after having been Staged, Tina realized what an important industry Home Staging is for the real estate market and wanted to be part of this exciting enterprise. Julie and Tina met and became friends over 15 years ago, when their young children were in school together. Over the years they have formed a strong friendship, and now have a strong partnership to help Sellers prepare their homes for sale. They know that their knowledge of Home Staging and Redesign, and professionalism with Realtors and Sellers alike, will take the stress out of the home sale process.

I can not recommend Staged Right enough, Julie and Tina are so easy to work with and very organized. Also, they're very reasonable priced. Tina and Julie gave me wonderful suggestions of what I could do to make my house more appealing to many buyers. They prioritize what they think needs to be done, that way if you're not comfortable doing everything on the list, it's easier to pick what you want to do. The day before my house went on the market Julie and Tina came over and staged the house, bringing accessories and other items to make my house look like a model home. My house sold in a day, I had 5 offers and all above the asking price! I do believe they were a vital part of my house selling so quickly!

Staged Right works! I had a home previously listed twice over a two year. I hired Staged Right for a third listing and the home sold on the first day! Julie and Tina provided a comprehensive assessment and developed the plan based on my budget. The process was seamless and straightforward. I recommend them to anyone who requires results.

Staged Right was recommended to me by my realtor. I found Julie and Tina to be very professional and easy to work with. I had a set budget for this project and they worked diligently to keep the upgrades within my parameters. They were always prompt and informative. Their suggestions for the décor of my home were realistic and creative. Every review after a showing of my home provided positive feedback on how the house was presented. I felt that Staged Right's improvements were instrumental to the successful sale of my home very near my asking price.

If you too would like to sell your house in one month, and receive 4 offers, call Julie and Tina from Staged Right. They made great suggestions, added some beautiful accessories and the house looked amazing. It also wouldn't hurt to bury St. Joseph in the front yard. Rose B Yardley, Pa

As we prepared to sell our home of 17 years, both Julie and Tina were thorough in making and implementing recommendations for selling, as well as doing all the staging work required. They provided a turnkey solution to coordinate all third party vendors / contractors from product recommendations to implementation. Both their direct knowledge and experience provided great insights that allowed our home to sell for the greatest value, in a timely fashion. Their wide range of business relationships also was invaluable to ensure we were able to transform our home to meet current market demands. It was a pleasure working with both of them from our first visit / walk thru to final staging. The cost for their services are more than worth it given the increased value and timing we achieved in selling our home

One of the best decisions I have ever made in my life was hiring Tina and Julie from Staged Right. My father's house sat on the market without any potential buyers for several months before I realized we needed to hire someone to stage it. Tina and Julie staged the house so beautifully and with such joy and efficiency we were sorry that the project ended! They are as cost-conscious as if they are spending their own money and are unlimited in their sense of style and energy. While we initially hired them to stage the house, we had a major flood the day before we met them and without a moment's hesitation they also served as general contractors, overseeing all of the repairs in the house, too. When we were looking for a real estate broker to list the house after it was staged, we sincerely asked if Staged Right could sell the house for us. Tina and Julie politely declined, but referred us to several brokers, one of whom we hired! We cannot recommend them highly enough and have offered to serve as a reference.

My home needed to be updated, toned down, and edited. The team from Staged Right made everything easy, i.e. choosing paint colors, finding fixtures, designing bath renovations, coordinating contractors, and selecting furniture and bedding. Spending just under my budget of $30,00, I have had an complete update of an an eleven-room house that includes three new baths, a spruced-up kitchen, refinished wood floors, and fresh paint throut the first floor. Now that my home has been staged just right, I have decided to stay and enjoy it!

I hired Julie and Tina of Staged Right to help me stage my home. They walked room to room with me and recommended changes. They then went back and accessorized - using their decorating expertise with my belongings. The house looked like a model home in a new construction development. Bottom line - the house sold on the first day on the market at full asking price. I'm certain that Staged Right was one of the reasons for our success.

I had heard good things about Staged Right through work colleagues and had seen a few completed projects of theirs. Their work was impressive and that is why I decided to hire them for a rehab/staging project. Both Julie and Tina have pleasant personalities and are enjoyable (and fun!) to work with. They are very responsive to phone calls and emails and were there whenever I needed them. Their guidance on this project was central to accomplishing what we needed to and they kept the project moving on task and on time. Their recommendations were always well thought out and researched and I very much appreciated having them involved. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and have already got them working on a new project!
