Cynthia Cegielski, owner and principle decorator, is a third generation Dallas native who now lives in the quaint and historical town of Grapevine, Texas. She’s been helping clients with staging, decorating and renovating their homes for over 20 years. Her skills excel in home staging transformations, quick-ship decorating and kitchen & bathroom renovations. Cynthia and her team create and coordinate to meet their client’s vision and style. The team currently averages staging 150–200 homes per year for some of the “Best Voted Realtors” and “Top National” producers in DFW. FOR OCCUPIED HOMES: Ninety percent of our business is staging “OCCUPIED” homes on the spot without a prior consultation. We transform the homes in 2-3 hrs to be “photo-ready” by using the clients furnishings. We have a quick eye to evaluate what is needed to create the best flow for the homes to ideally obtain the highest offer and quickest sale. If needed, we offer FREE décor advice ( art work, accent pillow, bedding, etc..) to fit the seller’s budget to complete the home staging. We offer shopping services for the sellers too.
