Very bad work - nothing was installed properly in the bathroom, tiling was a mess and job not finished

Splashworks was not the least expensive bid but we first did our master bathroom with them and were so pleased we did not seek a second quote to do our Kitchen gut and reno. Their crew were all friendly and professional. They took longer (two months)than estimated but we did not see this as unusual for the industry. Over three years later we had a kitchen cabinet issue and Gerry sent someone over that week to investigate and it was fixed that same day. Friends of ours have had "horror" stories with contractors and we still feel we made the right choice not to go with the cheapest bid.

We had a condo downtown that needed a small kitchen and bathroom reno with the usual space challenges that condos have. Hired Splashworks KB for a couple of reasons: they were a turnkey operation that didn’t have me dealing with different contractors, and they made recommendations when asked and were easy to understand. Jerry is the only contractor I ever dealt with who always answered his phone, and was accurate in time frame estimates. No renovation is stress-free, but our experience with SplashworksKB was as close as I could imagine.

We hired Splashworks to totally renovate our en-suite bathroom in our condo. The work was completed two weeks ago. We are extremely happy that we chose SplashWorks and as a result avoided all of the aggravation that we have experienced with other contractors on various renovation projects. From start to finish, they delivered exactly what they promised including being on time and exactly on budget, All of their tradespeople (ie: electrician, plumber, carpenter, tiler and others) did an excellent job and were also very pleasant to work with. They worked carefully and efficiently so as to cause no mess and no disruption to our own daily routine. Most important, SplashWorks kept us informed, advising us promptly of any change in schedule and the reasons why. Working with SplashWorks was in every way a pleasureable experience.

If you want to get your kitchen renovated, don’t look beyond Splash Works Kitchen and Bath. They have done such a professional job on my kitchen. Thumbs up to them.

I fell in love with a retro fitted bathroom on the Splash Works Kitchen and Bath Facebook page. On consultations with them, they came to inspect my house and gave me a presentation on the possible design outcomes. I loved what they presented and I contracted them to undertake the repairs. And I must say, the outcome is much better than I expected. There is a level of comfort built up now with them and I know I can trust their work. Thumbs up.

We were fortunate to find Splashworkskb at the end of a challenging renovation. Jerry, Cindy and their excellent team helped us identify and remediate the problems we faced in four bathrooms (!). They provided inspired planning, design and finishing ideas for ‘fixing’ two of the four, and completely delivered us two new ones, including the ensuite master bath. The Splashworkskb personnel and trades were clean and considerate; our home was carefully shielded from construction mess and dust, and they tidied up the site daily, with all garbage and debris removed each evening. Most importantly, the work was well executed, on time and on budget. We love our bathrooms, and we were so impressed with their computerized millwork capability of building and installing storage solutions, that we had two custom units designed for bedrooms. The few issues that inevitably arose after job completion have been cheerfully responded to and corrected. Splashworkskb proved to be a smart, low-risk, and high-reward choice.

I checked out Splash Works Kitchen and Bath website and opted for a free quote. I read about the extensive process they did for quotes but I didn’t believe it until they actually came to my place and did it. Their presentation in the showroom was very detailed and I had designs which were excellent. It was obvious I could not get such excellence and commitment elsewhere. I immediately hired them to renovate my kitchen. It was so relieving to choose everything upfront and to not be involved in the nitty-gritties of the renovation process. I was extremely happy with the final result. Kudos to the Splash Works team for doing such a brilliant job!

Our renovated bathroom is heavenly. Great design, incredible workmanship, extremely functional, and very attractive. With some creative-thinking, SplashworksKB found space for two sinks and to enlarge the shower. And while renovating an ensuite bathroom is always a challenge, the workers were conscientious, clean and very courteous.

Hired Splashworks KB for my kitchen and main bath. Outstanding design - could not have used my space better. Fantastic consultation process. Absolutely all details selected in two highly professional meetings in the beautiful showroom (right down to the grout!). Excellent quality on all finishes. Clear expertise and years of experience. Finished on time and according to the terms of our detailed contract. Excellent 'turn key' solution. Extremely happy with results.
