Splash Kitchen & Bath

AVOID THIS PLACE I bought a bathroom sink, vanity and faucet. Unfortunately, Splash staff did know that the faucet they suggested was no longer made. I found out in looking at accessories. So, back to Splash I had a designer help me select a new faucet. Fast forward, the plumber are here. The faucet won't work with the sink. The bottom lip of the faucet hangs over the ledge of the sink. I called Splash to express mu frustration. All went well at first until a manager from Splash called. He didn't believe me. I handed the phone to the plumber. He didn't believe the plumber. He kept telling me that he was trying to help me. My opinion - he didn't want a mere $388 return. Amazing awful consumer service. So, I am returning the faucet this afternoon and ordering ~ $5K of cabinets - elsewhere. Completely ridiculous!
