I purchased an in-ground spa. The process from selecting the spa through installation was seamless. The salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful; not at all pushy. Installation was on time and very well coordinated; they even washed off the driveway before leaving, left everything meticuloys. I've had the spa a year now and really enjoy it. I asked Tim Brown of Spas by Design to take care of the permitting with the city of Surprise and with the local home owners association. He took care of everything for no extra cost. We had planned on buying a hot tub for some time, but didn't know who to use. After wading through the list and doing some research it seemed that Spas by Design merited a look see. From the moment we met Tim we knew this is who we wanted to use. He took the time to explain the process and showed us the best options (not the most expensive) for our needs. And then he offered an alternative from buying new. The spa was larger than we would probably have purchased, but the price was outstanding. From the time we signed to the time they were finished everything was done professionally and with constant feedback. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Following installation, we had a couple of minor issues and questions and they responded promptly to both. We look forward to a long term relationship with Tim and the company.
