Soothing Walls

I'm a designer and this is the first time I have purchased from this company. I would not purchase from them again. The quality of the stone for their wall fountain is poor. In my opinion, it looks inexpensive and fake. However, fountain was not inexpensive at all. Photos on website are much better than actual product. Customer service was also poor. We experienced mechanical & structural problems with the unit in addition to not being pleased with the appearance. We communicated this to the owner, who encouraged us to fix the problems so we could get the fountain running properly and gain a different appreciation. We followed all advice, at our cost, but were still not satisfied. At that point, they said they could not issue a return or any kind of credit because the fountain was now used. Very disappointed and do not recommend.
