Katy, this is a long overdue review and thank you for our new backsplash and countertops! We love them and can't tell you how much we appreciate you, Ryan, Robert and his co-worker and the professionalism from start to finish. Your communication with us was great as we had to postpone a number of times due to family illness. Your workers - Robert and his co-worker (sorry, I forgot his name) showed up when scheduled, worked a full day and their craftsmanship makes me smile every time I am in my kitchen. We highly recommend Solid Image to everyone that enters our home or asks. Can't tell you how thankful we are that someone recommended you to us. We decided to use solid image when building our new house with Donaway homes. When picking out things, the sales woman was amazing and very helpful. They did a great job at installing our granite countertops in our kitchen and master bath. However our backsplash in our kitchen is another story. We decided on white subway tile with gray grout. It looks absolutely horrible. Tiles are chipped (which they had plenty of left over tiles they could have used). The grout goes from big to small in many places. There are spots where grout is missing. They filled spots with grout where they felt like it. They got grout all over my brand new kitchen countertops. They left grout all over my tiles. And then their was a bracket that was under the microwave that was bent, and they decided to not say anything and just cut the tile around it. So the tile is uneven on both sides of microwave, and there’s a huge gap as well. Still waiting for them to come fix their mess.

Solid Image installed our quartz counter top for the kitchen. Not only did they do a wonderful job, but they were courteous and professional! When I needed a follow-up visit for the sink, they responded immediately and showed up on time! I highly recommend them and the counter top is beautiful!!
