I associate with Builders to form a complete Design - Build team if required, with expertise in Concept Design, Design Development and Construction/Renovations for single family homes and multifamily complexes, including Interior Design, and Landscape Architecture. Design/Build is a process in which we begin working with our clients from the early planning stages. All parties including Owner, Builder and Architect, work together from the project's conception to completion. Design-Build projects have several advantages: •The project is based on a figurative but detailed budget that helps control Construction costs during the design phase. •The agreement is put forth in two phases - Design & Construction. We believe our clients should not commit to construction costs until the final design is approved and working drawings are available. •There is more time for all parties to familiarize themselves with each other before construction starts. •There is more accountability by all parties because each person was involved from the beginning. •We want our clients to completely understand the design/construction process and believe our clients have a substantial impact on the success of the project. We listen to our clients – absorbing their personality, preferences, priorities, and taste – to enable us to materialize their distinctive space. •We provide regular project reports to advise our clients as to the work performed, the work to follow and any items or decisions that are required by the Owner. We provide a detailed schedule of work and advise clients if the schedule changes.
