Heartwood Kitchen & Bath

We worked with Sherry at Heartwood for kitchen and baths in a new build. From start to finish (Oct '20 thru May '21) she was highly professional and responsive. There were several meetings, lots of changes and even more questions along the way. Sherry was a rock start during the entire process. She was very prompt in all requests for information and made several visits to the site with us and at the request of the contractors. Sherry was very respectful and understanding of our budget and always offered alternatives. Heartwood offered a wide range of products at many different price points. We would give Heartwood our highest recommendation!

Worked with Don at Heartwood and he listened well, provided options and then communicated and executed our bathroom vanity top project with super high quality and really nice outcome. Highly recommend Heartwood for bath and kitchen remodel. They will be our first stop for our next project.

We hired Heartwood for our kitchen design on new construction in Saco. Karlene was a pleasure to work with as she helped us stay within our budget and designed a great kitchen space for us. She was very patient in the design process as we changed designs and still maintained budget. She arranged several sight visits and worked very well with our builder to make sure all was exact. We built our forever home in 2016-17. After consulting with more than one kitchen designer we chose to work with Karlene at Heartwood in Maine. There were several things we were pleased with. First Karelene listened. She was attuned to what we wanted. Second she offered her expertise in a manner that was helpful and encouraging. Third she worked on providing the best price points. And when we had a request that was a specialized request she actually went to the manufacturer and problem solved with the designers there. We are totally satisfied with the product and the service. Very good service - high quality cabinetry. I used Heartwood for 2 vanities and Corian tops. Everything came as spec'ed and the deolivery was on time. Very helpful in deciding colors and finishes. Would use them again

We started renovation on our house over a year ago. A few months into the renovation we contacted Heartwood Distributors to start the process of choosing cabinets for our kitchen and bathrooms.. Karlene Maine was our contact at Heartwood and made the entire process stress free. Karlene is a good example of a salesperson being very knowledgeable about the product, had great suggestions and worked within our budget. We feel Heartwood went above and beyond their service to take care of any issues and changes that happened during the renovation and worked seamlessly with our contractor. We would definitely use Heartwood for any future projects.

Just had cabinets installed in my bathroom over my washer and dryer. The entire process, from ordering to installation, was explained well and everyone that I dealt with at the company was courteous and professional. After a site visit to determine sizing and price estimate (less than expected!), I ordered the cabinets. My cabinets took 3 weeks to arrive from the manufacturer to Heartwood; I was contacted the next Monday and had installation scheduled for Tuesday. Installation was completed in about an hour and a half and the technician who installed them was kind enough to drill the holes for the cabinet knobs that I otherwise would have had to drill, put in the shelves to my specified heights, re-hook up my dryer, and adjust my lazy Susan for me! I absolutely recommend Heartwood with no reservations and will be contacting them in the future for a planned kitchen counter remodel.

Peter was most helpful in the layout design for our remodeled kitchen. He was very flexible in making adjustments to meet our needs and answered all of our many questions.
