James, Beau, and his team are courteous, professional, and precise. Their attention to detail exceeded my expectations. We hired them to do a big job--replace all our blinds throughout our house, which included 4 different styles we selected for different areas of our home. This is our first house and the first time we've ever had to think about blinds, and James was incredibly helpful (and patient!) in narrowing down the choices, walking us through our options, and helping us stay close to our budget. My husband and I recently bought a 1914 house, and we wanted to gain a fuller understanding of (1) how energy efficient (or not) the house already was, and (2) what we could do to lower some of our utility bills. James and his crew did a blower door test, a duct leakage test, and a thermal imaging inspection. The results were fascinating and incredibly helpful! The thermal imaging in particular revealed some issues that we never would have known about otherwise.
