Nesh has been incredibly helpful in helping us draw up plans for our extension, keeping us informed at every stage. He's been nothing but patient with my numerous requests to tweak things, and even put us in touch with trusted, reliable trades to help us progress the project.

We've had a really great experience with Nesh. He worked with us to get the best layout for our extension to our Edwardian house. He presented a lot of good options - there wasn't a one size fits all answer and we think we have the layout that will work best for our family. I first started dealing with Nesh and thereafter Swati way back in early 2018. Their designs for other clients originally caught our eye and after speaking to them, they emerged top of our shortlist. Subsequently, I've gone through a few iterations of differing designs with them, always been dealt with in a prompt professional way culminating in them drawing up and pushing the scheme through planning which was by no means a given. Over several meetings, nothing was too much trouble and their positivity in seeking out solutions to any potential problems or concerns on our behalf was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend.

When we met with the Smart House Extension team, we'd already discussed our vision with several other architects. They were the only ones that only discussed solutions, rather than compromises. They immediately appealed due to their practical approach, including a wealth of knowledge on the practical aspects of house-building, and how to achieve our goals within budget. They provided floor plan drawings, elevation drawings, and a 3d drawing that we could play around with and use to walk around the house as it will eventually look. We've now ended up with an architecture for our house that completely fulfills our requirements and original vision, a recommended builder, and planning was permitted first time by the council with no amendments. Can't ask for more really!
