Simply Decorated

Cindy DeMaio, Simply Decorated is amazing. She recently helped me in redesigning the layout and decor in my home. Her eye for color and small touches throughout my house were amazing. I loved the way we worked together, and how at our initial meeting we discussed my likes and dislikes. She's quite a shopper too, finding some fabulous pieces and bringing them to the house so we could try them out before deciding to purchase. Cindy was wonderful to work with and made my vision turn into reality. I had wanted a room as a sanctuary to be filled with things that were personal to me. She made it all happen and tied it together beautifully with color and design. She was always mindful of and respectful of my wishes, and my budget. I would recommend her without reservation.

Cindy is fabulous! She has actually helped me on two projects. Cindy first helped me stage a home for selling. The first person to look at it after staging, bought it. She has also decorated our new place for us making it feel open and warm. For this project, she recommended furniture placement, decorated the house primarily using what I already owned in new and different ways, purchased window treatments and a few other additional items to complete the design. I highly recommend Cindy DeMaio and would use Simply Decorated again.

Working with Cindy at Simply Decorated was a delight. She listened to what we all wanted and created a beautiful bedroom for our daughter. I liked that it was affordable; my wife liked how easy it was to work with Cindy, and my daughter loves that she now has her dream bedroom.

Cindy DeMaio, of Simply Decorated, is a miracle worker. She worked with me to completely redesign my home’s interior. She first helped me select paint colors. She then used the furniture, pictures, and other items I owned in completely different ways. We moved furniture, lamps, and pictures to different rooms - all with a more positive look and traffic flow. She took me shopping for decorative items that were needed but also used the meaningful decorative items that I owned. She gave me “homework” between appointments of items for which to shop. I texted her pictures and she always got right back to me with information regarding the item’s suitability or not. Cindy helped me move out of my comfort zone without imposing her own wishes. She genuinely wanted my home to be a reflection of my personality. Some decorators come in and leave their own mark. Cindy came into my home and left it with my mark and my personality. I highly recommend her if you want a decorator with talent for style and the sensibility to let your home be yours. I wish I could give her a hundred stars. She's that good!!!!

Cindy has an amazing eye for detail and a great sense of style. The first project she worked on for me was going through my house of 19 years and helpng me figure out how to stage it for the realtors. She did an incredible job. It looks so amazing, I don’t want to move now!
