Simple Solutions Renovations

RENOVATION NIGHTMARE I hired this company and paid over $150,000.00 for the project. Domenic has been paid in full. We spared no expense and everything was an upgrade. The horrible workmanship, unfinished segments and damages are what we are left with is beyond words. Domenic will not return calls, has blocked our phone number and his last conversation with us is that he will replace the roof, fix the damages and replace bad siding NEXT YEAR?. Why would he even think that once we realized what he is incapable of the first time we would even contemplate him returning? I urge everyone reading this to RUN AWAY!!!! We are only allowed 4 pictures, there are 18 more that will be sent . This company should not be allowed to do to anyone else what they have done to us!

Dom and Vince are amazing. Our experience was that they were respectful of us, our family and our home. They worked with integrity. They were honest about what things cost and the time needed to complete it. They are excellect communicators, and really listen to what you need, and are clear about when they will be there. They always responded to text msgs/email. They are creative thinkers, who try to understand your vision, and help you to make your space more functional. They have a strong philosophy and work ethic and take great pride in their work. They strive to ensure that you are happy. I felt very comfortable with them working around my children and myself. They helped to create our dream bathroom and we look forward to working within them again soon.

Domenic and Vince are very professional and easy to work with. We were undergoing an entire main floor renovation and they understood our need to live in the home during the work. Their attention to detail is fantastic as is their pride in their work. Every little change and concern was addressed very professionally. Their prices were very fair and even after being fully paid, they still came back to address some very minor issues. They will be doing my next renovation this fall and I would recommend them to anyone.
