Brilliant, really helpful from initial contact to installation and follow up. I was concerned about what to do with a new house and the need for privacy whilst waiting for shutters (I didn't want the walls marked).I'm sure other companies offer the stick on temporary blinds (but no one mentioned them to me) and they were great until the real things arrived -exactly as predicted. shutters look fab and keep the house warm and dark when we want. Really considerate whilst fitting (I had the WI round for lunch!)and they left the house immaculate. Would certainly recommend

We have a wall of 5 windows & it had taken us sometime to work out that our best solution could be shutters. Simon came with his expert knowledge, shutter samples & above mentioned patience. A year later he returned & we made our choices - we were so delighted with the price that we decided to add 4 for the hall & landing to our. Our shutter colour choices matched our paint choices perfectly (F&B Purbeck Stone & Old White). Approx. 3 months later (this is where your patience is required as you need to work out with Simon expected delivery/fitting) Simon & his team arrived to fit the shutters. All 9 shutters were fitted in less than a day. Simon & his team worked professionally & exceptionally tidily - many thanks! I would recommend Simon/Shuttercraft Somerset unreservedly - especially if you like to have personal, local contact with your suppliers - this is always very important to us!

Promptly responded to request for quotation, kept us fully informed of changes to expected delivery date for shutters and installed them on date that suited us. Dealt with mistake made by supplier with minimal impact on us. It was a pleasure to deal with Simon and we are very happy the quality of blinds and the installation work.

I hired Simon of ShutterCraft Somerset Ltd to install new Bermuda Silk White shutters with beautiful wide 89mm louvers in two of our bedrooms. The product is high quality and looks fantastic against our dark aluminium windows. Rods we chosen are off centre allowing uninterrupted view through the window. They give privacy and style to the rooms and we were complemented by the neighbours how good they look on the outside. Simon and his team were friendly, professional and attentive to any requests we had during the installation. Due to the age of the property (1935) and a few wonky walls, it was a challenge that they met with patience, personal advice and good spirt. Thank you so much!
