Signature West floors and Window installed new carpet in our 2300 sq foot townhouse up at Mt Washington. Shelley was great at suggesting different carpet options and was organized and professional. I was not around for the installation of the carpet and left it up to the installers and I am amazed at how they were able to install the carpet in fully furnished townhouse without a mark on our newly painted walls. The carpets were installed on time and look amazing.

At the end of August we had our hallways, kitchen and dining room either re-tiled or tiled after the removal of carpet. We chose Alterna Engineered Stone with grouting which looks great. We were very pleased from the start when Wilf came to our home to take measurements for an estimate. We discussed our various concerns and he provided answers as well as pointed out issues we never considered. The initial visit took over one hour and resulted in Wilf even drafting up a potential work schedule for the job. This work plan ended up being quite accurate and took into account the progressive removal of toilets such that access to one would always be available. The emailed estimate was roughly what we expected and again Wilf responded to our follow-up questions. The Friday before the Monday scheduled start, the supplies were delivered so they could climatise to house conditions. On the Monday, Guy and Curtis arrived in the morning and after some initial discussion started right into the job. Over the next few days these floor-layers worked very hard and impressed me not only with their answers to my questions but the quality of the work they did and their professionalism. We are very pleased with the final result and I just love the Alterna flooring. Based on our experience, I would definitely recommend Signature West and we will certainly be using them for any future business.
