I would strongly advise against using this furniture warranty company. They have proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy. Despite paying for their warranty, they have failed to honor their policy to repair my furniture. They have rescheduled my repair appointment over 3 times in the past 3 months, leaving me without any resolution for my damaged furniture. Their customer service is abysmal, and their lack of follow-through is unacceptable. It is frustrating to pay for a warranty only to be left with broken furniture and empty promises. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be seeking a refund for their services. Save yourself the time and hassle of dealing with this company and choose a more reputable and reliable furniture warranty provider.

This is the only company Ashley Furniture is allowed to use for their warranty services. We have been trying to get someone to come fix a medical lift chair for 2 months. They keep rescheduling. It has been a nightmare.
