GA White built our custom home in 2004 and we still love it. The quality and attention to detail were beyond compare. His subs were top notch as well. Could not be happier.

We researched many top builders when we were considering building our second custom home. We loved our first builder, and were looking for a team that could not only deliver the quality we were hoping for, but also provide us with the design we desired. After our first meeting with Gordon White, we knew we had found that team. From the beginning, GA White deployed every member of their team to help us design the home we were envisioning while keeping our budget in mind. Each team member, Gordon, Chad, Shawn, Mary Jo, Jason, and others brought a different area of expertise that contributed to the design and build process. They were all available and responsive to answer questions and act as consultants throughout the process. They exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We are confident our final product is infinitely better because of their input. If we find ourselves wanting to build another home, our search for a builder will be short – GA White homes!

I praise GA White at every opportunity. I have heard several horror stories about people building homes with other builders; with it being the largest purchase in a lifetime, it can induce stress just thinking about it. But this was the most enjoyable (and honestly FUN) experience we could have asked for. From the very beginning, Shawn and Chad were extremely pleasant, helpful and responsive. We were already familiar with the fine quality of their work. Having seen their homes in Homearama, we fell in love with the level of detail and quality that far surpassed any other builder in the area. The entire process, from designing the floorplan to selecting the finishing touches was absolutely amazing and nearly stress-free. Both Shawn and Chad treated every detail with the care and commitment as if they were building their own home. We LOVE our new home, perfect in every way, thanks to GA White. It was a bittersweet moment to realize that we were done, and would not get to work with Shawn and Chad regularly anymore. It feels crazy to say, but should the opportunity present itself, we would build with GA White again in a heartbeat.

There are many quality builders in the area to choose from however G. A. White Homes is not only professional, yet personal and truly exceptional. Gordon, Mary Jo, and their very capable sons, Chad and Shawn provide a unique experience. They are extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, time conscious and remain on schedule. Their great subcontractors have been with them for years providing quality workmanship. We should know as we built our first home with them in 1991 and recently completed our second home in 2016. What better testimonial? Their availability and follow up after the completion of the project remains steadfast as does the relationship with their family. We could not be more happy with our new home and this great company.
