The team was professional, courteous and on time. The deck was refinished and railing was painted as per original agreement and cost. We added a few additional repairs as work progressed and these were also done in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. We were very pleased with the end result.

Lorin Ellis

We were very happy to meet Jason and hire him to re-finish our deck. Our deck was constructed over 27 years ago. Rotting boards had been replaced and it had been re-stained many times; but Jason and his crew managed to make it look like it was almost new again. I was very pleased with the finished product and would recommend the Property Butler.
