Self Build and Design Architects can carry out a wide range of design projects. Our practice is managed by Keith Ryder, RIBA, FRICS, who has over 20 years of experience as an architect and Chartered Building Surveyor. Our main area of work is architectural design and we are greatly experienced within this area. We have undertaken design projects for leisure, light industrial and private customers in the past.
Our work has included semi-detached houses, housing terraces, shopping parades and apartment blocks.
Besides architectural services, we can also offer our services as chartered surveyors. We can survey structures, carry out party wall surveys and investigate the condition of properties.
