From 2009 through 2012 I worked as Interior and Landscape Designer with DiMarco Architecture on two, high-end, back-to-back, residential, projects.
For the first home, the client required a second story addition, the interior and exterior of which had to be updated yet designed to look as if both were part of the original architecture of the home.
The second home consisted of the gut/ restoration of an architecturally significant, mid-century modern original. The exterior had to be left virtually in tact in spite of adding 500 sq. ft. of interior space, a 110 ft. lap pool and a complex steel and glass terrace trellis, not original to the home.
Mr. DiMarco and his associates were sterling. The creative solutions, attention to detail, management of the projects and informed opinions backed up with comprehensive research and talent have made DiMarco Architecture our go-to firm.
