Sunroc Builders LLC custom built my home for me. Scott and Shelly walked me through each step of the process. This is the first home I've purchased. They gave me every opportunity to make personal choices in my home from the light fixtures, closets, lanai, cabinets, garage door, doors, colors, materials, granite etc... They were timely and trustworthy. They were always supportive and helped me create the best home for me. The energy efficient features have reduced my electric and water bills considerably from the place I used to rent. I have since upgraded the landscaping but everything else is perfect. I would highly recommend them as your builder. It was a pleasant experience and I am told that is rare. I appreciate the attention to detail that Scott and Shelly put into my home. I can't thank them enough. I am so happy with my home that I don't foresee myself building again. If I did, I would hire them again to build the new one.
