The tile is being installed this very minute. Well, actually they are only up to the sub-floor but why split hairs! Every aspect of getting to this stage has been a pleasure. Stephanie was professional and knowledgeable. She excelled in all the areas normally looked for in feedback. Most importantly to me, however, was that she understood how invested I was in the tile selection and she was willing to share my excitement. My house was destroyed by a flood caused by a bad contractor. Needless to say, I found it very hard to trust anyone I hired after that experience. Heartland Wood Flooring was the third company I had come give me a qoute on my floors. The entire house needed to be redone and I was doing a mix between tile and hardwood. Scott, the owner, not only listened to what I said, he offered great suggestions, and I felt I could trust him immediately. I had found the tile I wanted at another shop and Scott not only found the tile, he found it for less. When his qoute came back for the entire job, it was less than the other two companies that had given me estimates. His workers are friendly and talented. The entire experience was wonderful. Two of my friends have already had them do their floors and they cannot stop raving about the quality and experience. Heartland Wood Flooring offers a very fair price for excellent work.
