Over the years, Schoch Tile has changed locations and has grown into an all-purpose flooring company but one thing that has not changed. Schoch Tile has stayed in the family for three generations. Since 1980, Phil Schoch’s great nephew Dennis Bley has helped Schoch Tile & Carpet become the premier flooring contractor on the West Side of Cincinnati. From humble beginnings supplying and installing ceramic tile, Schoch Tile & Carpet now offers the retail customer or contractor the complete flooring package including ceramic, rubber, marble, hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), sand and finish and carpet. Schoch Tile & Carpet’s commitment to quality has enabled them to maintain a customer list of who’s who in the Greater Cincinnati area. Recently completed projects include: Xavier University, St. Ursula Academy, St. Xavier High School, Elder High School, The Ascent, University of Cincinnati, LaRosa’s, Moerlein Lager House, Kerry Automotive Group and numerous restaurants and retail facilities throughout the state.
