Great service, quick response, excellent follow-up, creative ideas on how to work with in budget and to still get something special. All staff, sales, templater and installers were terrific.

We engaged Schneider Stone to install a granite counter top on our kitchen island. Being new to the area we had no idea where to go for this service so tried them as the office is located close to our home. The customer service we received at the store was very friendly and helpful and then we were referred to go to their granite yard to choose our piece of granite. The lady who helped us there was wonderful - knowledgeable, upbeat, patient and helpful. Two weeks later our counter top arrived and was fitted quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with our granite and would recommend Schneider Stone to anyone looking for a new counter top.

Walked in on a Monday to order a marble counter top and back splash for a narrow bathroom vanity. I left my dimensions, email and contact information. When I did not receive an email or phone call by Thursday I decided to call back. They assured me that they would email a quote. Two days later we still have not heard back from Schneider. After FOUR days had passed I walked into Arana Stone in Fayetteville and picked a piece of marble from their lot, Within 30 MINUTES I had the counter and back splash ordered. I do not recommend Schneider Stone. A small job is NOT INSIGNIFICANT, but the pathway for a BIGGER job. We are all busy people. When a company is too busy to provide a quote for a small job, the potential for future work is lost. I am a real estate investor who is currently remodeling THREE kitchens and I plan to install granite in each one.

Susan and the team at Schneider were such a pleasure to work with. The did a beautiful job on our new granite countertops. Susan is patient and helpful, she made the whole process a joy. Our kitchen looks beautiful!
