The entire process, from quote, product selections, site visits, actual build, and final paperwork, went very smoothly and professionally. Working with Phil Schilstra has been a great experience. From start to finish our new house was built with quality and professionalism. Phil's knowledge and work quality while building was excellent. All trades that built the house were fantastic. From the foundation to the roof and everything in between. All prices for work was done before the job started and were met, there were no surprises. It was a pleasure to deal with Phil and his employees. Any issues that did arise was dealt with quickly.
