I have completed a variety of residential and commercial projects, including: renovation of a Pittsburgh home from Frank Lloyd Wright’s apprentice Peter Brendtson, creating non-institutional, happy, and fun environments at the Children’s Institute & Children’s Hospital, and renovating the Point Breeze Veterinary Clinics.

I have worked with Nancy on a number of projects. Nancy is a true professional! Gracious and kind. She puts everything into her designs and beyond. Nancy shoes real passion in her pursuit to make life better for her clients. Can’t recommend her enough! Scott Rudolph

We did a whole house makeover, very complex project, and Nancy did a great job. She is superb with color choices and materials (i.e. tile, flooring, fixtures, accessories) and to do a great job you have to be excellent at both. Willing to think out of the box. Gave us great ideas...some we used, some we didn't but that was a plus. We had a "menu" to pick from. Our remodeled house is a delight and Nancy was a great, great help in driving to the look we wanted to achieve.

Nancy has helped me with two design projects. She has a keen eye for color and materials. She help designed a wheelchair accessible home and was able to recommend appliances that were easy to use. Nancy did a fantastic job with the bathroom design and working out the quirks that occurred. I highly recommend Nancy for her expertise in design and knowledge.

Nancy has a real flair for style and deep knowledge of the many different new products on the market. She does a great job in helping point her clients in the right direction when decisions need to be made. Her attention to detail, coordination, and fresh ideas leaves every one of her clients with great results! If you are designing, building, renovating, or selling, don’t make a mistake—call Nancy first!

She came to my home and selected paint colors that were not my style; very dark and colinial colors. Contacted her via email and asked if she could select two other colors for family room and kitchen. She couldn't be bothered. Had to hire another designer.

Claire invited into her home through the PPG Paint Voice of Color Program. I was selected by PPG Paints in 2009 to launch their in-house color consultation program. I actively serve southwest PA as a design color consultant reaching out to hundreds of clients, many of them PPG employees and executives.
For the record- the consultation is $75.00 for 1 hour. This is set by PPG. We are to charge an additional fee when we go over the hour. We bring color samples or order samples, a certificate of $50.00 toward PPG paint supplies. The "out of pocket" cost was $25.00. I put everything in writing with the client's input and leave options as well. My documentation states I was at Claire's home over 2 hours with questions beyond color, which I answered. The $75.00 fee was not exceeded. The follow up communication was about bathroom ideas and not color. I was working in our 10 day home show and could not give her more ideas. Sadly, owners call many designers for ideas, but not really consultations. You may call Dee Schlotter ( 412-434-4172), our PPG National Color Brand Manager to discuss my professional record. Thank you.

Nancy helped pick paint colors, fabtics for furniture and pillows. She also recommended painters for my project. She was knowledgeable and very professional.

Nancy is a wonderful designer to work with. We manufacture flooring and I've seen some finished projects she's done and the homes are stunning. She is very attention oriented and has desire to understand the product before she recommends it. She came to an all day tour of our woods, sawmill, and manufacturing plant before ever using us for a project.
