They worked with us to understand what exactly we were looking for, conceptualised and designed it to our expectations. From design to execution it was exactly the same as the 3D designs and the work was precise. The handover on completion was flawless & it was extremely convenient to move in. I didn’t feel any stress during the tenure of the project. The team is client centric & work for end to end solutions, from inception until project completion.

I think that we should make the best of where we live and we all should be able to come back home to a place that is welcoming and represents who we are. Let’s start with conclusion. “Savio & Rupa” delivered our home @ Raffles Park, Whitefield in November 2018 and if we were to execute any more project (any size /type) we would again like them to do our next project. Now we will get into specifics. Overall, we have been super impressed with the outcome and they have surpassed our expectations on many counts. If we were to be objective, on various parameters they have been top class; keep in mind our home was reasonable size of about 6200 sq built up with a large number of complex active components like home automation, home theater etc. 1. Design, aesthetics & execution – Our home is modern & contemporary, it is bespoke and it is not cut and paste from somewhere, this is area where “Savio & Rupa” excel. They come up with very open mindset and have passion to execute a design which is not a replica of even their own work! Great quality to admire! Quality of their kitchen is on par (exceeds in some area) compared to our German kitchen we are using for last 10+ years. Detailing & acoustics for our home theatre were planned & executed flawlessly! 2. Transparency & Integrity - They have been very transparent, accommodative to our numerous requests during design & execution. They are very decisive in some cases where our understanding was not complete they advised against our views and in the end we realized that they were right 3. Knowledge - Savio’s knowledge about wide range of aspects from material, best sourcing across India and global companies, knowledge about home automation/theatre components have been top class and this has helped he being a trusted advisor for us 4. Exceptional coordination – Savio focusses on design, production & execution and Rupa focusses on color, aesthetics, final appeal of overall place and they coordinate / collaborate exceptionally well. 5. Timeline & Budgets – Delivered within agreed timeline. Budget we over-shooted about 11% but that is normal specially where we have liked to upgrade certain things.

When we started the search for an interior designer for our apartment we were looking for someone with the following attributes; good space design skills, good quality and sturdy wood work, good aesthetic sense and concepts. After meeting Savio and Rupa and viewing the quality of work and aesthetics of their house we were convinced they were one of the rare teams having excellent skills in all of those attributes. We got our apartment interior done through Savio and Rupa and the output has come out excellent. We have been staying at our house now for more than six months and we can certainly say that a lot of thought has gone into the functional and visual aspect of every minute thing in the apartment. I am Arun Panayappan. I had to furnish my 4 BHK home in 2014. After extensive research in the market, we met with Savio and Rupa. Our First Meeting/Sales Pitch They presented a rich portfolio and their own residence as a model to demonstrate all capabilities they deliver. He walked us through every aspect of how they design and execute projects. We had extensive discussions on the quality of the materials used and the range of offerings including home automation. Savio clearly set expectations on the budget needed for their type of work. We walked back convinced we were in safe hands and would get premium interiors as output. We decided to go ahead with them Design Phase Savio and his team would meet us a couple of times to discuss requirements. They learnt our persona by letting us choose the themes and documenting our vision our house. They presented innovative ideas to model an island kitchen and space saving designs to optimize our utility. They quickly earned trust. We quickly started approving all the design proposals as the bar was clearly high. Their gorgeous contemporary design for the living area continues to be my favorite. Estimation and Planning Phase After visually seeing the designs in 2D and 3D models, we were ready to start execution. A clear work-break-down with items, brands and costs were presented as a plan with time lines. Savio helped manage the scope to stay with in proposed budget. The wise choices clearly demonstrated a wealth of experience in project management Execution Phase Savio brings a high quality team with him when it comes to execution. They are very professional and ahead of schedule when it comes to delivery. Items are transported into the location with care and a it was visible with the packaging they came with. There was a lot of attention to detail. We would see designs drawn on the cabinet unit to precisely add fittings like hinges. When errors happen on the site, Savio always puts the Customer first. I have seen items that did not meet the bar replaced at site inspite of the need for rework and transport. The last week of execution is plenty of fun and a bag of sweet surprises for his customers. We were asked to not enter the house for the last week when all soft furnishings were shipped in and decorations began Delivery and Customer Delight We were invited after all the work was completed. We teared with joy to see our house beautifully dressed up like a bride with the best furnishing shipped from all over the world. We have lived in it for the last three years with a lot of pride. There has been no one who visited us, walking out of our home with out appreciating the interiors. After Sales Support After 3 years, we had some minor issues. We were supported promptly and with the same care. When the team leaves the home after fixing the issues, Savio personally takes customer feedback. Summary If I had to furnish another house, I know that I will not need to do any further research. We have a three year long happy relationship and I would be happy to recommend any one to this company that brings premium designs, world class range and quality and professional execution to delight customers.

Compared to others who build their dream home when they are young, I am pretty late I would guess. But it worked out well to get my dream house through Savio and Rupa. After meeting two designers and looking at their work, I was convinced they cant provide the class i was looking for. I went to god (Google) and asked who is the best interior in Bengaluru. God pointed me to Savio and Rupa. My search stopped after meeting and visiting their home. They were so easy to work with and after I did a reference check, he and his team are well oiled machinery who converts our needs to unimaginable output of splendor. Their attention to detail, color schemes, ideas for better usage of space and simplistic false ceiling, lighting and out of the world finish ensures they make your dream muxh more than you had ever visualised or aspired for. If you want grand home dont look beyond Savio & Rupa. Ideally dont poke your nose thinking what you want as they have much better taste and design concepts. After looking out places, finalizing designer for our upcoming dream home, we were kind of convinced that we will have to compromise at some point or the other between what we want, and what the designer could deliver. Must say i was quite impressed with the quality of the designs, choice of material, understanding of future wear & tear and eventual execution.
