Sara came to our house last week for a pre home sale design set up. After we came back to the home we were absolutely amazed at what she had done. Each room had so many special touches that changed our homes wow factor to a 10!! We loved going room by room to see what she and her team had done and again I will say everything was beautiful. I would highly recommend Sara and her design team to anyone looking for design enhancements in your home, you won't be disappointed.

Sara did an outstanding job creating a homey feel for a buyer’s vision of living in a stunning home. The furniture , art and decor matched the color schemes perfectly.

Sara and her team helped us with the staging of our house this summer. What a fantastic job !!! Every room in our house is beautifully decorated with matching colors. The end result was a WOW. Our agent recommended Sara and her team to stage our home. They staged our home to perfection! It sold very quickly, and we received so many compliments! They were fast, detailed and got the job done without any issues. They were wonderful to work with and communicated exceptionally well. The quality of their furniture and accessories is excellent. We loved how they were able to use our existing furniture, and add items to give it the extra warmth and complete the look. I would highly recommend them for any staging job!

Sara Arlin, the creative force behind Homescape Designs is a magician! She toured our listing with us (completely COVID compliant with regard to mask, distancing etc.), and was able to envision the property fully decorated with furniture and accessories that would have the greatest appeal to our target market. The hardest part of the whole process was being patient while Sara and her team were hard at work fulfilling the vision! We were all gobsmacked by the first impression that Sara's expertise created when we walked through the front door. The continuity of the design continued from room to room making for the memorable buyer experience that sold the home! The sale would not have happened as quickly as it did without Sara. And by the way, she is a fabulous communicator who is extremely responsive via text/phone/email. Sara's calm demeanor helped to keep us all grounded during our race to get the property on the market. Homescape Designs is our 'go to' staging company. Don't struggle to sell your listing...Call Sara!

After interviewing a few designers I decided to hire Sara Arlin to help me design my kitchen. I wanted to remodel my kitchen because it did not work for me. We did not want to expand or completely change the layout. Sara did a great job redesigning the kitchen which gave so much more storage and improved the way the kitchen worked for me. Her ideas were very good, and she also listened to what I needed. She helped me pick the cabinets style, my colors and she accompanied me when I went to the showrooms. Her experience and input gave the design a stunning look. We decided to go with the contractor she referred to, she worked with him to finish the project in a timely manner. She is also very pleasant to work with. It made the whole project less stressful. I would definitely hire her again if I had another project in my house.

I used Homescape Designs to stage a home we are selling. Sara has great attention to detail. She picked warm and inviting colors, accessories and furniture to show off the home. We interviewed several staging companies for the sale of our home in Mountain View, California. We found Homescape Designs was the best fit for us as they took the time to discuss our goals as far as colors, type of furniture and style of each room. As the realtor showed our home the feedback was 100 percent very impressed with our home decor and furnishings!! Homescape Designs provides excellent service and we will use them again!!
