San Juan Fiberglass Pools Spas

We have had a horrible unbelievable experience with San Juan Pools. Their faulty workmanship is disgraceful, appalling and atrocious. After 2 years of attempts to communicate with them regarding the cracked tiles, unlevel tile line, and cracks in pool the repairs still have not been done. Many postponements with no real date given to us on when they will be here to make these repairs. They seem to be indifferent about standing up to there product and making right what they made wrong. No repairs just empty promises.

San Juan Pools is the best of the best. It truly has been a pleasure working with this company and they have proved to me their impeccable reputation for quality, durability and performance. The true leader in fiberglass pools. In addition to amazing products... their dealer network, installers and employees are the best in a class of their own. Great to find a company that is 5 star worthy these days.

Id like to say San Juan Pools are awesome! Ive noticed that in Reviews people who are happy seldom share a good experience. Reviews are usually bitter experiences . So here is my San Juan Pool experience. We had ours installed 2005 and our Mandalay Bay pool spa combo is still going strong. The pool was installed and we were swimming with in 3 days of arrival. That was amaizing! The spa and pool has been a relief for my bad knees and has alowed me to exercise underwater. Our kids loved the pool and were in it every day. Now our grands love it too. I would have thought by now the pool would have needed some kind of refurbishing but thus far we have not one issue regaurding the pool its self. We do have some minor concrete deck issues but not really a San Juan Issue. All in all we are really happy we chose a San Juan Pool! I have no dought this pool will out live us all.

Do not believe the promise of quick install. We signed our contract in July of 2020. San Juan Authorized dealer said November installation. Made no move to do County permits Then on November 19 informed San Juan had delayed delivery until January 2021. In January they informed again pool install would be delayed. Pool arrived on March 15 2021 but had be placed on the street since authorized dealer had not dug hole. Pull went in the ground on Saturday March 20th today is June 24th 3 months later and we have a green pipe sticking out from the ground which the authorized dealer is too busy to co.e to cut. We are yet to get salt in the pool and the dealer is non-commital. Acts like they are doing us a favor. When we call San Juan they send us to the sales rep. Being a San Juan authorized rep does not add assurance. Vet your contractor properly. We trusted the San Juan Authorized dealer label an now we are paying the price. Just sad. We do not recommend at all... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

My rating for this product and company would be 0 stars or a big fat F. This fiberglass pool was not constructed with the appropriate materials in the coating process! This pool is only 2 years old and bubbled up and got black spots. This is called Osmosis explosion and is caused by the company watering down the coating of the shell to cut costs. This problem used to occur many years ago but someone invented a product to include in the coating process and it solved the problem. All other fiberglass pool companies having corrected this issue over 15 years ago and are using the appropriate process in making these pools and have solved the problem. The company tried to tell me that it is a cosmetic issue and they will not cover it under the warranty. This is not a cosmetic issue but is an issue with the structural process in making the pool. Buyer beware! Do not buy this product.

San Juan Builds the strongest Pools and Spas in The world. These units are literally bullet proof. So strong you can freeze them solid and turn them into skating rinks. We are the regional dealer in VT and install a number of these pools and spas each year. They are far superior to gunite or lined pools. We love this product, and it installs in just a couple of day.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. They sell there pools to dealers and when the dealer does not perform or takes your money as in my case, they wash their hands. I gave my deposit 6 months ago and still no pool. I wish I built a concrete pool.

Brian/Nuwave Pools, was GREAT to deal with, and did a magnificent job on my San Juan Pool. My neighbor is now going to be calling him to do a job..
