Wow Perry Newman Design... I was introduced to Perry through a building contractor who was needing some help with some visions of mine... Since then, Perry and I collaborated on 2 important projects [my own home]... What I like most about Perry is that he is truthful and sincere, I really appreciate a person who tells me what they actually and really think, [not what they think I want to hear]... Perry has worked extremely hard for me on both projects, together we have created some impressive work... Another important factor, Perry has an amazing array of sub-contractors, all of whom perform beautifully, on-time and expeditiously... I've been in the building-construction industry for almost 35 years myself, having seen a lot of building and remodeling over the years, I can assert with much merit, Perry and his people are quite remarkable!

We remodeled our kitchen and family room, put in hardwood floors in living and dinning rooms, and had the whole house painted. Perry Newman design provided expert design and overall contract management for the whole job. I would give Perry my highest recommendation. GREAT JOB!!!

I did my first remodeling project with Perry Newman some ten years ago. Since then, I have done four additional home remodeling projects with Perry. If I were to do any additional remodeling, I wouldn’t even think of tackling a project without him. In terms of design, Perry is one of the most creative kitchen and bath designers I have ever met. He figures out solutions to problems that you swear have no solution. I have worked on numerous projects with Perry Newman Design, and I have LOVED the results on every project! I first met Perry Newman while building a new home. He offered so many great suggestions, idea's, insight, design style, and lots of laughter during the project. He brought with him some of the best subcontractors that I have ever dealt with. They're work was impeccable and done on schedule. He was worked with these companies daily and supervised all of the projects personally. Perry's pricing is incredibly competitive and his network of companies allowed me to purchase items for my home that I wouldn't have been able to afford otherwise. Since the first project began with Perry 2010, I have asked him to be part of 3 additional projects at my home (let latest project was completed in 2014) and I will be working with him again.
