Sakora Design is an Architectural Design firm with a focus on exceptional, thoughtful & unique residential projects. Our projects are inspired by our clients and their lifestyles. Our design practice is rooted in thoughtful design with a focus on proper space planning & balanced proportions. Our projects are largely focused in the GTA region of Canada; however, we have completed design projects in the USA & Europe as well. OUR CORE VALUES Exceptional - At the forefront of our business, our firm specializes in exceptional design - understanding proportions, symmetry, and core architectural values in order to create timeless spaces. We are observant & keep knowledgeable of constantly evolving home design inspiration, and in doing so aim to be creative & innovative in each of our designs. Thoughtful - We care about our clients’ goals for the project & take the time to understand their lifestyles and how they will be living in/ using each space. We offer knowledgeable direction, suggestions, and incorporate our understanding of the clients’ lifestyle into our design process. To start every project we send the client a wishlist in order to outline key inspiration & ideas, which then serves as a foundation for our preliminary design concepts. However, this is only the beginning of the information collection - our goal is to continue to learn & uncover our clients’ goals throughout the design process. Oftentimes, the first design concept is where most ideas are sparked; we don’t expect to have perfectly defined your life in that first draft... although sometimes we may! Unique - By understanding the lifestyle and goals of our clients, we start fresh with each project on floor plans and a 3D concept for the front aesthetic of the home. We do not focus on one specific architectural style; however, Sakora Design brings the same thought process to each of our designs. We are conscientious of all architectural styles and are inspired to create designs representative of those styles (both new & old) in an innovative way unique to our clients’ lifestyle and needs.
