At S2N2 Design Build, we can transform your dreams into reality. We design and build custom homes, additions and renovations of excellent quality at a reasonable cost. We specialize in 3-dimensional architectural designing to help you visualize your future home before construction is started and make any changes to meet your needs and approval. This minimize the change orders during construction and reduce the overall construction cost and save construction time. There is no additional charge for 3-D designing. Once the schematic design is approved, we prepare the construction drawings and submit to the city to get permits and then start the construction. We have skilled and experienced workers who perform under the direct supervision of our experienced architects and project managers.

As the realtor finding them homes to convert, I can speak highly on the professionalism of the company and especially its owner, Sohail Ahmed. More than that, I can say that he does amazing work on the homes he has purchased and then resold. From the original plan and design to the implementation and final product, the work was impeccable.
