More than 16 years ago, Ryan Dershem discovered his passion in the construction industry while being mentored by a master carpenter and family friend. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Central Michigan University. He has worked for large national building companies and smaller local companies in commercial and residential construction. For the last 8 years he has focused on building and remodeling Michigan and Florida homes. Ryan brings a tremendous wealth of expertise to RYLN clients. His desire to create both a successful family business and an ethical contracting company has become the foundation for building a well-respected business. During the construction process, from the pre-construction meetings through the completion of your project, The RYLN Construction Group will be there making sure that your project comes in on time, and on budget, all while maintaining the highest quality craftsmanship that your job deserves.

Ryan and his crew from Ryln Construction did an OUTSTANDING job with our kitchen remodel. From the very first meeting to the completion of the project, I was impressed by his professionalism and the quality of his people and his work. We were given a detailed daily schedule of for the complete project and continually updated with any changes that were needed (due to changes by others in the delivery of materials and equipment). We were personally introduced to all of his crew during the bidding process, and the schedule included the names and phone numbers of this team as well. Ryan was always very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had during the project and resolved issued quickly as they arose. When any "surprises" were discovered, Ryan immediately brought the issues to us, and we worked together to arrive at the best solution. I would highly recommend Ryln Construction for your remodeling projects.

My cabinet design firm has used Ryln's project management services on several large scale kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. While working as part of the Extraordinary Works team, Ryln has brought the highest levels of professionalism, and expertise that has always seemed to enhanced our client's experiences. As the owner of Extraordinary Works I have used Ryln for projects in my own home and not only feel comfortable leaving him the key but also his supervision of the professional trades required to complete the job.

Ryan and his team are fantastic. We hired Ryan to remodel a large portion of our first floor - kitchen, foyer, powder room, living room and dining room. Ryan was great to work with, very knowledgeable and did an impeccable job. Our remodel was about a year ago and we love how everything turned out - just as we asked and very high quality. Ryan also stuck to the budget, there were no surprises that were within his control and he finished within the time frame promised. Additionally, we came across a couple changes that had to be made to the initial design and Ryan was great a suggesting alternative ways to finish things. We were very happy with Ryan and his team and have recommended him to several family and friends. We plan to use Ryan again when we re-model additional areas of our house.

RYLN has renovated our entire house. - Full build out of our basement with work-out room, full bathroom and play area. - First floor renovation completely gutted out with new layout, kitchen, and flooring throughout. - 2nd floor renovation of bedrooms, 2x full bathrooms completely rebuilt. - Full outdoor deck and added screened-in 3 season room addition RYLN provides excellent service, top quality, and is very responsible. The project turned out exactly as we had hoped it would and has been featured in design magazines.

We were very happy with our final kitchen and laundry room project which was coordinated by RYLN Construction. Ryan was very professional and timely in getting our project done on schedule. We would surely recommend his services to anyone looking to remodel a home or basement.

Ryln Construction carried out a complete makeover of our Kitchen and Bathroom. Both projects were handled professionally with attention paid to upfront estimating and timing and cost and timing targets were followed closely. We were very pleased with the outcome on both projects, Ryan was easy to work with, accommodating and paid close attention to the projects throughout the process.

I am HVAC contractor and have been working with Ryan & RYLN Construction for many years. One of my favorite things that Ryan does, is a trade walk through before he bids the job. Too many builders just quote the job and guess what all the costs are then try to beat up the trades!! His timeline/scheduling of all his jobs is perfect.....Ryan knows what he is doing!! I have referred him business from people I know because I know his prices are great and his work is even better. I would recommend RYLN Construction to anyone looking for any home improvement!!
