Amanda Bell is an Accredited Home Stager and Real Estate Broker in downtown Chicago. With a background in design, lover of all things home & meeting new people, real estate was a clear career choice for Amanda. She started in the luxury highrise rental market in downtown Chicago, working with over 200 rental buildings. With her experience in the luxury market, she joined the #1 sales group in Chicago focusing on single family homes in Lincoln Park, Lakeview & Bucktown. Joining Jameson Sotheby’s was a natural next step. With Amanda’s expansive knowledge of studio rentals to 5000 sq. ft. single family homes, her experience has helped many renters/buyers/sellers across the Chicagoland area. She provides professionalism & service to each client, and believes in quality over quantity. Amanda is an Accredited Staging Professional, and lends her knowledge of staging to her clients. Her eye for design helps her clients get their homes ready for the market, and her goal is to make the selling process as hassle free as possible. In her free time, you can find Amanda walking her dog Oatmeal, trying a new workout class or eating out at new restaurant.
