When we were searching for someone to design our house, Jim was the first to ask, up front, what it was that we wanted. All the others had led with what they could do for us. We found Jim an easy person with whom to work. His ideas were creative and he was not offended if we wanted to change a small detail or a wing of the house. During construction he was generous with his time, always willing to drop by to help solve any problem that might arise. Were we to build another house, we would go back to Jim.

We’ve been working with Jim Rozewski to build a Prairie Style home, on a challenging sloping lot, over several years. We have been working with Jim Rozewski for the past 6 months to design our dream home. He has been an absolute joy to work with. His creativity knows no bounds - truly!
