Roto-Pat

We used Roto-Pat because of water damage after Hurricane Florence. We were charged for 8 hours of labor when they were in our home a total of 2 hours tops. His explanation was that since there were two people it was $43/hr times 2. They came a total of three times. The first time was to assess the damage and to begin the remediation, the next day they took measurements of the humidity and the third day they removed the equipment. The first day they were in our home about an hour. The second and third day they were literally there 10-15 minutes at best. When my husband called to discuss the charge he was indifferent and said that he charged for the entire hour whether they were there 10 minutes or an hour. It is disheartening that there are people who price gouge after a natural disaster. Our total bill was close to $1000 and he was not willing to budge on the 8 hours of labor. Poor customer service and a complete rip-off.
