was recently completed I'm overjoyed at the results of the renovation that Kristiina recently oversaw. This was my first renovation on my first property and Kris worked with me from design concept through to completion. She extended many of her trade discounts to me (which totalled +$7,000) and is responsible for helping me to create my dream home. Before the reno, my house was a 3+1 bedroom but I was so busy with work that I usually just came home, worked on the couch and fell asleep only to do it again the next morning. I had been living in the house for 3 years but it did not feel liveable. Being that this was my first property I didn't even know my style preference but Kristiina spent countless (extra) hours ensuring that I was comfortable before we proceeded with the reno. She would present 2-3 concepts and ask me which ones I preferred, then we would veer in that direction. Upon completion of the reno I listed my house for sale and received offers +$100,000 over my expectations. In the end I loved the house so much that I decided not to sell and I'm happy to say that I now live in my dream home. Thanks Kristiina for making this a reality!

Kristiina came to meet us to talk about a renovation to our Master Bathroom and Sunroom. We hit it off with Kristiina right away! She was on time, very professional, friendly, upbeat, has a flair for fashion and design. She gave us lots of ideas and I am so excited to see what she comes up with for our new bathroom at the end of the week!! My husband does renovations so he will be doing the work. Kristiina Roosima was the designer we worked with to renovate our Leaside bathroom. She was intuitive in understanding our tastes and needs and always provided us with great ideas, suggestions and support. The design process included providing us with tile, fixture, window covering and colour combinations which have turned out great. Kristiina was very patient, fun and professional in all of our meetings and was flexible in scheduling time. We would not hesitate to work with her again and highly recommend her services.

Kristiina did a great job helping us layout and furnish our condo. She helped us develop our vision and worked with us to make sure we got the results we wanted.
