We have nothing but good things to say about our roofing project. From Travis Lippy (our salesman) to the project manager down to the crew. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Our roof needed extensive repairs to the sheathing which was discovered during our initial meeting with Travis. He did a phenomenal job in his original inspection and quote. The crew followed up with just as good of a job on the repairs and the installation of the new shingles. Thanks so much to the Roof Right Team!!

During a difficult time (Covid-19 restrictions), Roof Right did a splendid job of completing our roof replacement with efficiency and quality execution. From the initial no-pressure representative meeting (Michael Daddario) to the final (of 3!!) post construction management inspections, the attention to detail and communication could not be exceeded. RR was in the mid-range of the bids, but I knew from prior repair work that they ultimately would do a cost effective job - no surprises. Save yourself some time and just choose Roof Right!

Mike is very professional and a pleasure to work with. Very patient and thorough in all aspects of the work desired. Most importantly communication was way above and beyond to address the roof and siding replacement work requested.

I needed a leak repair around a vent pipe. Gabriel Vargas inspected my roof. He was very prompt, professional and courteous. He inspected all vents and showed me clear pictures of deteriorating seals around other vents. In the past, I'd have attempted the repair myself. But considering my bum shoulder, the cost of this repair was a fair value. Gabriel completed the repairs and provided pictures of the work. He said my shingles are in good shape, but when I need a roof, I'll surely call Roof Right.

Everything went smoothly from the initial meeting with Michael to the end result. Michael took the time to explain the new architectural shingles to us and what Roof Right does and what some other companies do. He was thorough in his explanation and my husband and I were confident speaking with other companies. In the end we chose Roof Right. They were not the least expensive, but they have a life time warranty and I was comfortable with Michael. It was definitely the right choice! The crew was quiet (as quiet as having a roof installed can be), respectful and good at their job! When Michael came by to see how the work was going, he was not happy with something. He has followed up to make sure that everything is perfect for our new roof. As someone not familiar with roof installation I can not tell you how much his follow through has meant to me and my husband! I highly recommend Michael and Roof Right!

I hate salesman and the pressure they can try to put on you to buy now, but Michael D. at Roof Right was curtious and thoughtful during the whole process. Explained everything and worked with us to find the right color shingles. The installers were friendly, hard working guys that made me feel confident they were doing a great job. I recently bought a house in Hampstead, Maryland and was recommended to Craig Mott at Right Roof by my realtor. In her words, Right Roof was a great company of professionals that actually do a great job for a fair price. Over the house buying process, I developed a good relationship with my realtor (our families are friends now); so naturally I went with her recommendation. My first experience with Right Roof was with Craig Mott and Michael Daddario to come and take a look at the house. It was an excellent first impression! I thought it was pretty great that the #2 in the company would personally take time to come down and look at the house. Furthermore, Craig and Michael gave me plenty of other advice outside the roof of how I could improve my home. From there, I worked heavily with Michael. He was always available, always friendly, always respectful, and always professional. He worked diligently to produce insurance policies and to coordinate the entire job. My stress level from the entire job was lessened as I came to trust that Michael was working hard for me. When the day of the job arrived, the team quickly and efficiently installed the roof. The roof and skylight are absolutely perfect. In a few spots they missed the tar but when the manager came back to check the work and I mentioned something he installed it himself! Finally, when working the administrative side, Right Roof sent me an invoice and calmly waited for me to pay (I paid within a week of the work being completed). I really appreciated the low-stress environment they created. In this age we live in today, it is hard to come by a group of professionals (or people for that matter) that will do a great job even when you pay them a fair (or more than fair) price. This is not the case with Right Roof. They do a great job because it is the right thing to do. Their prices are competitive and fair. Their staff are friendly and helpful and work to help meet your goals. Whatever company culture the executive staff have instilled is working. Replaced roof on my home. Professional presentation, great choice of products, exact estimate of cost, excellent service. The job was completed in only a few hours, finished product is great. Clean up was complete. Company actually repaired a few shingles on my detached garage at no extra charge.
