Velázquez Family closet and entertainment center

Ronna is the best. She took the time to listen to us, review our ideas, follow up with us and even make it all happen within our budget. I was so hesitant to get a professional company because I was under the impression that custom things cost a fortune and there was no way I can get what I was looking for with my budget. I decided to give it a try and Ronna appear into our life and we couldn’t have a better designer. I consider other designers but let me tell you, they were not even close to Ronna’s dedication. Thank you for making our home a more beautiful place. Let see what will be our next project. She definitely will be my #1 go to.

Ronna was amazing to work with and was so nimble with our design options. We originally asked her just to design our walk-in pantry, but we then asked her to redesign our walk-in closet as well. She was very responsive and offered great advice on how we could cut down costs while maintaining the integrity of our design visions. She also provided lighting recommendations, which was a gesture that went above and beyond. I would highly recommend working with Ronna.

I highly recommend working with Ronna and this is why. First of all, not only did Ronna design the best use of space for my laundry room, she helped me make choices to bring the cost of the project down. I'm a person that just wants to get things wrapped up a little bit too quickly for my own good but she always made sure that I knew all my choices and boy did it show when the project was finished. I'm a left brain lawyer by trade so having Ronna not only work with me on cabinet selections and design but her also providing interior decorating tips was an unbelievable perk. She has a natural talent and trained background with the right paint colors, lighting for a room, flooring etc. etc. Had she not helped me with the paint selection and lighting, for example, I would have created a space that would have been too dark. As they say, a picture paints a thousand words so check out the pics of my laundry room below. I know -- pretty awesome!

Ronna was a pleasure to work with. She definitely knows her field and made sure to cover all details that I would not have known to address. She's a great communicator and kept us updated on lead times and scheduling, especially as we were preparing to enter a project in the middle of the holiday season. As a designer, I felt comfortable with Ronna communicating with my clients directly in was that was both professional and respectful. The installations were quick and a pleasant experience and I will definitely come to Ronna again on my next closet project.

Ronna is simply fantastic! We were desperate to upgrade in our master bedroom closet and Ronna helped us design exactly what we needed. We now have a beautiful walk-in bedroom closet with efficient storage for all of our clothes, shoes and accessories. She was also vigilant in following up when we asked for additional shelves. Bottom line, she was committed to ensuring we were 100% satisfied, and that's why we are coming back to her to do the closets in the other bedrooms!

I initially met Ms Rosenberg at the Closet Factory showroom in Tysons Corner where she pleasantly (1) explained the differences between the various product selections, (2) explained the process for customizing a closet, and (3) provided me with information that would help me locate unique handles for my project. While designing my closet, Ms Rosenberg took into consideration my vision, what I liked and disliked, clarified what would or would not work, and addressed the code issue concerning the fire sprinkler in the closet. I now have my dream closet due to Ms Rosenberg’s exceptional expertise. Thank you Ronna.
