Romark Design Constructions was established on the Gold Coast in 1988 by Company Directors Mark and Ramona and is today in its third generation as a Building Company. Mark Settree has lived on the Gold Coast since 1977, where he completed his carpentry apprenticeship with the largest Building Company at the time. With invaluable experience in all areas of construction, Mark is equipped with the necessary skills to satisfy clientele with very high levels of expectation. Mark is a dedicated committee member for the Master Builders Association of Queensland working to lift the industry standards within a framework of constant change and growth within the building industry sector. Building is in the Romark's blood with Ramona's father being an established high profile builder in Victoria. Ramona has thus acquired a background in building finance and business operations. Mark himself has been established in the building industry on the Gold Coast and Brisbane since 1977.
