I know work ethics! I started working at the age of thirteen. I would ride my bike to work every weekend. By the age of fifteen I had my first car and started working in retail sales. By my senior year in high school through the D.E. Program I was working full time as a sales manager in a women's clothing store while going to school for a half a day. After climbing up the management ladder I decided to go to college in 1993. During that time I began my new career in home construction sales. I worked with contractors on new construction residential homes and consumers in retail home renovations. I would quote and build their millwork packages, windows, door units, stairways, custom made items and stain glass pieces from their house plans. Five years later I personally started investing into residential real estate which included rental property, buying investment homes to renovate and building homes. I have owned properties in and out of the country from Dominical, Costa Rica; New Orleans, Metairie and Port Sulphur, Louisiana; Pensacola Beach, Florida; Pass Christian and Picayune, Mississippi and Austin, Texas. I have personally bought and sold of over 26 properties, 5 of which were new construction and 1 from developing raw land into subdivided lots. Years later I decided to work with buyers, sellers and investors with buying, selling and leasing their properties. My goals are to help others by using my background and personal experience to achieve their goals in this complex business of real estate. I look forward to working together!
