Great experience! After a home inspection I found out I needed some repairs in my attic. I called Superior and he was able to come inspect and diagnose the problem the same day. I also received a quote on the same day. They were able to do the work the very next day from start to finish. I was kept updated throughout the process with pictures. The price was fair, he was very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and left my roof looking great. I will definitely be using them again!

In October of 2017, I noticed what appeared to be wood rot on some boards of my back porch. I called my termite bond company to visit and ascertain the problem. Their initial reaction was I was seeing former termite damage. Fortunately, I had retained Superior Construction as my contractor to handle other needs on my property that day. Since Robert Collins (Superior Construction) was there, I asked his opinion. On consideration, his opinion was I had live active termites. He then pried open small sections of the wood and a few living termites became visible. The insurance company agreed termites were active. From there, Robert worked closely with the insurance company to define the extent of the damages. The damages were greater than anticipated and included both the house as well as the pool house. Superior Construction presented the needed repair findings to my insurance company who then brought in an independent appraiser. The independent appraiser agreed exactly with what Superior Construction had identified both in terms of scope and cost to repair/rebuild. Later in the overall process, I was issued a check by my insurance company for the full amount of the appraisal. Needless to say, I retained Superior Construction to physically repair all damages both to my home and the pool house. Past that, they also completed other property issues I had originally suggested. In total, it has taken a few months for these issues to be handled. Mainly, because there were so many different types of repair that needed to be handled. I highly recommend Superior Construction and Robert Collins for any building situation. In these types of actions one needs a construction professional who knows how to handle multiple situations regarding a home. Yes, they can do specific things but specific things fall under the whole. From this experience I would suggest you really need someone who understands houses as they do...you need overall understanding, efficiency, ability and time management. In my opinion, Superior Construction would bring those qualities to all jobs.

Mr. Collins, with Superior Construction & Restoration Services, LLC, recently did general contracting work at a rental property. Tiles in two baths were re-grouted, bath cabinets were caulked where needed, the disposer drain was repaired, and a garage door opener was relocated. The work, like the company name, was superior in quality and work ethic, and done in a timely manner.

We hired Superior Construction to rebuild our house after a house fire and after 10 months we still have no house built! All he seemed to care about was how much money he could secure in his pocket before playing the waiting game! Needless to say we have hired another contractor and moved on. I say stay far away from this company unless you have deep pockets and a lot time to waste!

Robert and his team did a great job with some miscellaneous renovation work in our house. He is very professional and responsive. Would highly recommend!

Robert seemed to a very honest guy from the beginning of our planned bathroom remodeling project but that was not the case. The original estimate and job completion date (5 business days) was a total nightmare to say the least. His worker would show up in the afternoon and work three to four hours not a day but whenever they would show up. This alone created a great inconvenience and stress for me and my family members, and the continuous cause to have to contact Mr. Collins on a daily basis to found out what was going on with project management. The job continued for over 7 weeks with satisfactory results only to leave behind plumbing & electrical issues. (Toilet and new lighting and bathroom vent fan). I have had no response from Robert as of today and have had to call local plumbing service to correct drainage problems d/t remodeling debris that was discovered in sewage septic tank lines. I have also called a local electrician to correct new vent fan lighting from flicking when in the on position or when in use. Unfortunately this leaves me no choice, NOT to recommend this contractor for any home improvements projects.. Regards, Mark Thomas

I am so pleased with the outcome of my renovation. It has exceeded my expectations. Robbie does quality work and is so patient and easy to work with. He completely remodeled a bath for us in April 2015 and we were so pleased that we had a complete kitchen, living room and dining room remodeled in Nov 2015. I would highly recommend this company for any remodel or new construction you might have.

Company was hired to do home repairs due to termite damage. Contractor performed a much more thorough inspection which revealed extensive damages that termite company overlooked in their inspection. Company performed quality work and work was completed within estimated costs. Clean up done after project was completed was done timely and satisfactorily. Overall, we are pleased with the work performed, and would recommend this company to others.

Superior Construction is extremely knowledgable and professional in the work they do. They listen to what you want and build it better than imagined. The group of guys always had a great attitude, arrived on time each day, and the work was completed quicker than originally estimated. I would recommend Superior Construction to anyone!

I hired Robert Collins to install double french doors, to replace the single door I had leading to my back patio. He did an excellent job and was able to salvage the outside brick so it could be used to trim around the door for a prefect match. He also install hardwood floors, recessed lighting, and a sliding barn door in my house. Several small repairs were needed around the house as well, in which he was quickly able to address. I truly appreciate his quality of work along with his promptness in getting the job done. I would highly recommend him for any remolding or home repairs needed.
