Terrible experience with Richard Lashley painting! He was not familiar with the type of paint that he was using on our interior trim (he thought it would clean up like latex, but it was enamel) . He ruined our newly installed wood floors with his sloppiness and lack of knowledge. He then tried to remove the paint and removed the stain from our new floors. His painting was very sloppy and did not appear to be done by a professional. If you still decide to hire him, do not pay until the work is done as he will not come back and he does not stand behind his work

We have used Richard Lashley Painting for many of our staging projects and referred him to clients. Rich is very professional and dependable and the quality of his work is second to none.
